- Workout with your trainer in-person 1 to 5 times per week based on your specific goals.
- Every session is a different workout so you will never be stuck in a routine
- Includes a customized workout plan that will accommodate your abilities at home and/or at the gym
Online Training
$89 per month
Includes:
- Customized monthly workout plans
- Plans accommodate gym, home gym, hotel room, etc.
- Unlimited email and text communication with your personal trainer to keep you motivated and accountable
- Unlimited progressions and regressions to modify your workouts based on your abilities
- Advice on diet and supplementation
- Monthly check-ins and assessments to show your progress
Weekend Warrior Workouts
$20 per month
Includes:
- One general workout per week via email
- Workouts based on your specific equipment and gym availability
- Intended for people looking to add an extra day into their routine or need help getting over a plateau
