We offer in-person or online training to help you meet your goals.  We know your life is busy, we want you to have options to help you succeed.

Personal Training

60 minute session - $90
30 minute session - $50

Includes:

  • In-person initial fitness assessment and discussion of goals
  • Workout with your trainer in-person 1 to 5 times per week based on your specific goals. 
  • Every session is a different workout so you will never be stuck in a routine
  • Includes a customized workout plan that will accommodate your abilities at home and/or at the gym

Online Training

$89 per month

Includes:

  • Customized monthly workout plans
  • Plans accommodate gym, home gym, hotel room, etc.
  • Unlimited email and text communication with your personal trainer to keep you motivated and accountable
  • Unlimited progressions and regressions to modify your workouts based on your abilities
  • Advice on diet and supplementation
  • Monthly check-ins and assessments to show your progress

Weekend Warrior Workouts

$20 per month

Includes:

  • One general workout per week via email
  • Workouts based on your specific equipment and gym availability
  • Intended for people looking to add an extra day into their routine or need help getting over a plateau
