Classes

We offer classes for every level to help you meet your goals. All classes are first-come, first-served.

Total Body Tone (TBT)

Open Group Class - $20 per person/class

Mondays, Wednesdays (Weight Training)
9:30am - 10:30am

Fridays (Cardio/Boxing)
9:30am - 10:30am

This group of classes focuses on general fitness, strength gain, weight loss and overall toning. It is intended to be taken as a group of two (strength/cardio) or three (strength/strength/cardio) to help maximize results.

Boxing/Kickboxing

Open Group Class - $20 per person/class

Tuesdays
11:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesdays
6:00am - 7:00am

Fridays
9:30am - 10:30am & 11:30am - 12:30pm

Focus is on teaching and developing the art of kickboxing. We teach members the basics of Boxing and Kickboxing using punching bags, focus mitts, speed bags, jump ropes etc. Whether you are using it as exercise, self defense, or you are looking to compete, we will teach you the proper techniques to master the art.

Athlete Strength & Conditioning

Athletes Ages 12-18 - $275 per person

8-10 Week Camp (16 Sessions)

Focus is on building athlete strength, speed, agility, power, conditioning and improving their overall performance specific to their sport. Classes are offered in the spring, summer, fall and winter. There is an initial test day to get a baseline and then a test at the end to track progress.
